Story telling is not just about memorizing but telling a story with movements, expressions and words that can be understood by the listeners or viewers. Story telling is not easy and it's not difficult as well, it just needs confidence. That happened in the story telling competition last month. Some participants had memorized the story and even they had learned how to act and express, but when they were on stage all the things which had been coached and remembered disappeared instantly because of their nervousness.
IEC TAMAN MODERN's participants were not like that. We only gave them confidence and comforted them during rehearsal, so that when they appeared delivering the stories they chose, we could see their happy faces. What they had given, it was best, whether they lost or won. For us, they were all WINNERS.

at when we perform, we have to give a happy face and keep smiling, because the audience also want to see our happiness and enjoyment in telling a story.
